Loretta Nelms Reyes

Los Angeles Immigration Attorney Loretta Reyes is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has been practicing Immigration Law exclusively since 1997.  She has represented thousands of clients throughout the United States in a wide variety of immigration-related areas such as asylum applications, family immigration, business immigration petitions, litigation defense in court, and all other immigration areas, with a very high rate of success.

She represents clients in consular processing overseas, and both affirmatively before Citizenship and Immigration Services and defensively in Immigration Court, at the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She has a passion to help people and is dedicated to finding immigration solutions for even the most difficult immigration problems.

Attorney Reyes is fluent in French.  She obtained both her Bachelor of Science (Political Economy) and Master of Science (Economics), at the Université de Paris, France, graduating with highest honors.  She obtained her Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law, in San Diego, where she was published member of the Law Review and received the S. Houston Lay Award from the International Law Journal.  Attorney Reyes also attended international law programs offered by both the University of Los Angeles and New Orlean’s Tulane University. She has traveled extensively and lived overseas for a number of years from which she gained a special understanding of the many cultural, linguistic as when as legal challenges facing immigrants.
